These policies are designed to protect me & ensure all my guests have the best experience
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
If I am still with another guest please make yourself comfortable in one of our many seating areas.

Being more then 15 minutes late will result in the canceling of your appointment and the following penalties.

All guests are required to give 48 hours notice for rebooking & canceling. Failure to do so will result in a charge of half the booked service applied to your next appointment.

If you no-show an appointment you will not be allowed to book in the future.
​
All new guests are required to pay a $50 non refundable deposit. This will be applied to your appointment. It is transferrable in the event you need to move your appointment.
As long as you've rescheduled within the 48 hour window.

I do not give online price quotes. All base prices can be found on the services page.

I am unable to accept new guests in evening (after 5) and weekend appointments.
